Judy Dalton has practiced law in North Carolina since 1991. She graduated from Davidson College in 1986 with a degree in political science. After graduating from Davidson College, she worked in Hillsborough, North Carolina as a legal assistant. She obtained her law degree from Campbell University Law School in Buies Creek, North Carolina, in 1991.
She practiced as a solo practitioner in her home town area of Iredell County from 1994 until October, 2010. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and divorce, as well as criminal defense. In 2004, she became certified as a Family Financial Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Committee, and she conducted hundreds of mediations in family law matters.
She currently specializes in criminal defense, family law, and debt collection defense. Since February, 2011, she has been practicing in Brunswick County, North Carolina, covering the area between Leland, North Carolina, and Calabash, North Carolina, and all areas between.
Telecommuting services are also available for clients statewide. This service is for those who need legal assistance but can’t afford to fully retain an attorney.
